Hot Stuff is tired of having to burn other peoples' garbage in order to enjoy a nice picnic, so he travels to the moon. When he discovers that the moon is also littered with garbage, Hot Stuff begins to vaporize it but is stopped by Moonatics, who explain that they recycle materials from the garbage. Hot Stuff makes peace with the moon creatures by giving them some red peppers to eat.
