Hooded Menace #1

"Reign of Terror!" chronicles the history of the Hooded Menace organization, a secret society that terrorized the country from 1900-1926 until the state militia suppressed it. The story follows detective work to solve a murder involving members of the gang, including gangster Vincent Coll and his associates Schultz and Dutch, whose violent conflicts and double-crosses ultimately lead to their downfall. A young woman named Corning becomes entangled in the case, discovering critical evidence that helps unravel the criminals' identities and activities.
