Homies #3

Andrew Huerta's cover for this third issue from Dynamite delivers a full-throttle street scene as two characters tear through the neighborhood in a low-riding convertible while a figure gets sent flying through the air above them, debris and a spray can scattering in every direction. The explosive collision sending another vehicle bursting apart in a blaze of yellow light gives the whole image a kinetic, larger-than-life energy that feels true to the Homies universe. If this is the kind of chaos issue #3 is promising on its cover, fans of David Gonzales' beloved characters are in for quite a ride.
