Homer, the Happy Ghost #1
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeHomer, the Happy Ghost floats onto the scene in this 1955 Atlas charmer, with Dan DeCarlo's cover depicting the little halo-topped ghost tangled up in freshly hung laundry on a clothesline — much to the alarm of a stout housewife clutching her laundry basket, who hasn't yet noticed she's pinned a genuine specter alongside her sheets. Homer's panicked exclamation, "There's been a horrible mistake!", sets the comic tone perfectly, promising the "all brand-new laughs" the cover cheerfully guarantees.
