In "In the Clutches of Prof. Twerp," Bill finds himself whisked away by the diminutive but devious Professor Twerp, who's determined to unlock the secrets of Bill's mysterious abilities. But when those powers kick in, Bill's mind drifts from the lab to the silver screen—his thoughts fixated on a Hollywood date with Hedy Lamarr, leaving the scientist's scheme in disarray.
