Hillbilly Comics #4

Featuring Gumbo Galahad, Th' MacSleezy's, Hillside Hilda, Pokey, L'Lem, and Hank Th' Hermit, this 1956 Charlton anthology is genuinely "hilarious, zany, different" — as the cover cheerfully promises. If you appreciate good-natured, screwball rural comedy drawn with lively energy, this ten-cent package of mountain humor is hard to resist.
