The third issue of BOOM! Studios' Hexed series draws you in with a cover by Emma Ríos that balances quiet unease with supernatural scale — a hooded figure crouches at the center amid swirling, ribbon-like fragments of pale matter, while two other characters stand in a doorway behind her, one looking on with concern. Looming over the entire scene is an enormous, shrouded face rendered in muted lavender tones, lending the composition a sense of something vast and watchful pressing in from beyond.
