The finale of "The Storm Breaks" arrives in this fifth issue, with cover art by Jay Anacleto showing a battered, blood-marked Hercules — fists raised and muscles tensed — squaring off against a towering, dark-cloaked figure wearing a pale mask, the two combatants surrounded by crashing water and snow against a shattered industrial backdrop. The raw contrast between Hercules's sun-bronzed, barely-armored frame and his opponent's sweeping black robes makes the confrontation feel genuinely weighty. Dan Abnett, Luke Ross, and Guru-eFX bring their run home with what promises to be a hard-hitting conclusion.
