This December 1958 Harvey humor title promises a magazine full of "Gals and Gags," and Bill Wenzel's breezy cover art delivers the tone perfectly. A glamorous blonde in a red polka-dot bikini poses on a wooden dock while a hapless fellow in a boat — the Misty Maid visible on the life preserver sailing through the air — seems to have accidentally lassoed her with a fishing line, as a second bikini-clad gal floats playfully in the upper corner. It's lighthearted, sun-soaked comedy with Wenzel's confident cartoon draftsmanship making the whole scene irresistibly fun.
