This anthology issue opens with a True Police and FBI case in which a criminal named Craven faces execution for his crimes, claiming he has information to trade to avoid the electric chair. The second story follows Harry, an old friend running a charity, who becomes entangled in a fake passport racket involving criminals using forged travel documents to escape justice. In the final visible story, two men named Mike Lasky and Pick Chapman work as dock workers and become witnesses to criminal activity, attempting to identify the criminals and assist law enforcement in stopping their operations.
