Headline Comics #43

A criminal named Phil attempts to escape through a window but is stopped at gunpoint by his brother Burt, who works in law enforcement and refuses to help him. The FBI investigates a stolen car that had been found abandoned, discovering through X-ray analysis that the vehicle's badge number had been erased and replaced with a new one belonging to Aetna Aircraft, leading investigators to track down Joseph Underwood as a suspect. Underwood is found in a shabby room where he confesses to his involvement in the scheme. The story concludes with Underwood being transferred to Alcatraz after the authorities expose his criminal operation.
