"Crime Never Pays" depicts a story in which a young G-man learns a moral lesson about honor among thieves after infiltrating a criminal operation. When a con artist named Miller seeks refuge in Detroit following a heist, he is eventually caught and imprisoned, leading to the G-man's realization that there is no honor or loyalty among criminals. A second story, "Bullets for the Bogus G-Man," presented by Red Blaze, reveals the inside story of a fake income tax racket, exploring the criminal underworld's philosophy that among gangsters and killers there exists only mistrust, hate, and fear rather than any true honor.
