Hawkeye: Kate Bishop #4

Issue four of this 2022 Marvel series finds Kate Bishop mid-stride and looking like things have gone sideways in a spectacular way — bow in hand, fist raised, a bandage on her nose, and a blazing golden inferno erupting behind her. Beside her, a wide-eyed woman in a pink dress keeps pace, while a very happy-looking dog trots along at Kate's side, apparently unfazed by all the chaos. Jahnoy Lindsay's cover strikes a terrific balance between high-stakes tension and the kind of scrappy, street-level charm that makes Kate one of Marvel's most entertaining heroes.
