Haunt #20 brings a striking visual collision of menace and mystery, with a green-clad figure crouched low in a pool of blood, a brooding face looming ghostlike against a purple-swirled cityscape, and a massive snarling lion's head blazing in red and magenta dominating the upper half. Joe Casey and Nathan Fox bring their series to this "A Conspiracy" chapter with a cover that radiates tension and supernatural dread in equal measure. Fox's bold, energetic linework — rendered with a vivid color palette by FCO Plascencia — makes this 2011 Image release a genuinely compelling entry in the run.
