Harvey Hits #99 brings another round of military misadventures with Sad Sack's Muttsy, The Talking Dog, courtesy of a George Baker cover that captures the chaos perfectly. Outside the Post Library — where a sign firmly demands "QUIET!" — Muttsy has just had his tail caught in a slamming book, letting out a yelp that's anything but library-appropriate, while two bewildered soldiers look on in classic Sad Sack fashion. It's warm, goofy fun that showcases Baker's effortlessly expressive cartooning at twelve cents a laugh.
