The Ghostly Trio, tired of Casper's refusal to scare people, take him to a doctor, who prescribes Mean Pills. Casper's new attitude causes him to torment the Trio and eventually they stop him from taking any more Mean Pills, but it turns out that he never took them anyway and was only trying to make them change their attitude.
