The forbidden fruit that he ate causes Cadbury's body to blow up like a balloon and then deflate like one. When Cadbury returns to normal, the same thing happens to Mr. Rich. Richie, resisting the lure of the fruit, throws them into the river. They float downstream and are consumed by hippopotami.
