Harrower #2

The second issue of BOOM! Studios' Harrower delivers an unsettling contrast straight from its cover: a crowd of oblivious partygoers chat and laugh downstairs, completely unaware of the hooded, skull-faced figure looming over them on the staircase — armed with both a firearm and an axe slung across its back. Brahm Revel's art makes the most of a moody pink-and-blue palette, turning an ordinary house party into something genuinely threatening. Justin Jordan and Brahm Revel's collaboration continues to look like one of the more intriguing horror offerings from 2023.
