Guillem March's cover for issue #69 says it all with gleeful absurdity: Harley Quinn sits cross-legged inside a massive hamburger — bun, lettuce, and all — munching a smaller burger while a little dachshund shares the patty beside her, as a wide-eyed, enormous face looms hungrily around the whole arrangement, proclaiming "Look at the buns on this one!"
