Harley Quinn #21
A riff on the classic spaghetti-western triptych, Terry and Rachel Dodson's cover splits the action across three panels — a cloaked gunslinger clutching a revolver on the left, Harley Quinn herself leaping front and center in her signature black-and-red jester suit, and a snarling beast engulfed in fiery light on the right. The playful tagline "The Bad, The Dead, and The Really Ugly!!" sets a delightfully irreverent tone that Karl Kesel's writing team clearly had a lot of fun with. August 2002 was a fine time to be a Harley fan.
