Hardware: Season One #3

Hardware takes the fight to Singapore in this third chapter of Milestone Returns' reimagined Season One, written by Brandon Thomas with art by Denys Cowan, inked by Bill Sienkiewicz, and colored by Chris Sotomayor. Cover artist Mateus Manhanini puts Curtis Metcalf's armored alter ego front and center, absorbing a massive impact — debris and sparks flying — while a suited figure looms above the chaos and additional combatants close in from the sides, all punctuated by Hardware's deadpan "…ouch." It's a confident, kinetic snapshot of a hero who can take a serious hit and keep going, and "Episode Three: Silent Partners" promises plenty more tension to unpack.
