When Buddy wishes to be the smartest fellow in the world, he gets a magical button that actually makes his wish come true—and Happy finds himself outmatched by the newly brilliant bear. As Buddy's newfound genius leads him to genuine success, Happy must figure out how to reclaim the button before his own cleverness becomes a liability.
