Hap Hazard #3

Hap Hazard participates in a cross-country ski race where he encounters various mishaps and complications. During the race, he collides with other competitors and becomes injured, but continues despite his misfortunes. Later, Hap encounters a woman in distress at what appears to be a dock or waterfront, where a man prioritizes saving boats and cargo over helping her and her children. The story concludes with Hap attempting to rescue the woman while dealing with additional chaotic circumstances involving a fish and vehicles.
