Professor Weirdbeard is so devoted to carrying an umbrella that he refuses to leave home without one—but when his own umbrella develops holes and the repair shop can't help him immediately, his habit lands him in hot water on the bus ride to school. As misfortune piles on and his collection back home falls victim to moths, the Professor finds himself caught in an escalating comedy of errors that tests just how far his umbrella obsession will take him.
