Ha Ha Comics #62 is an anthology issue featuring multiple humorous animal and character stories. One story follows anthropomorphic rabbits who earn ten dollars for cleaning up a snowy town, only to discover the snow has mysteriously disappeared. Another story depicts animals attempting to film a movie, repeatedly ruining their footage and equipment. The issue also includes "The Real Lowdown on the Pied Piper of Hamelin," which reimagines the classic tale as a story about a man plagued by mice in his house who wishes a pied piper would rid the town of them.
