This anthology issue contains humorous comic stories including "Throcktion," in which a lazy milkman named Throcky complains about having to work the milk wagon route at night and must wake up during the day, only to have his complaints ironically reversed when snow forces him to live in a barn with the race horses he once mocked. The issue also features a story about a character attempting to become mayor through a sign-posting scheme, only to be caught in the act and confronted by the actual chief of police.
