Hämähäkkimies #7/2010
In "Last Legs," Dan Slott and John Romita Jr. deliver a high-stakes Spider-Man adventure where Dr. Octopus, having wired his mind into a swarm of mechanical octopus bugs, launches a radical plan to reshape New York into a utopia—literally turning the city against Spider-Man. As the Avengers and Fantastic Four step in, Spider-Man races to rescue Jay Sr., Carlie, and Norah, all while navigating the chaos of his upcoming wedding, a surprise nuptial for Aunt May and J. Jonah Jameson Sr., and a very awkward loan request from John. The cover by John Romita Jr. and Klaus Janson captures the tension perfectly.
