GWAR: Orgasmageddon #3

The intergalactic warlords of GWAR come crashing into issue three of Orgasmageddon, and the cover by Jonathan Brandon Sawyer (with colors by Josh Jensen) delivers a wonderfully chaotic mob of armored, fanged, and weapon-wielding monsters charging forward in vivid, cartoonish style. Looming behind them in cool blue tones is a ghostly ensemble of even more monstrous figures — skulls, horns, and icy visages — giving the whole composition a delightful sense of overwhelming, anarchic scale. If you're a fan of the band or just love gloriously unhinged creature mayhem, this 2017 Dynamite series is serving it up with real energy.
