Sheldon Moldoff's cover art sets the tone perfectly — a glowing, zombie-like figure in tattered clothing advances through a murky, fog-drenched night while a terrified woman and a determined man react with visible dread, all presided over by the sinister "Doctor Death" portrait inset above.
