This 2017 Gwandanaland Comics collection brings together Space Rangers adventures from Planet Comics #26–71, alongside Jumbo Comics, Fight Comics, and Rangers Comics. Joe Doolin's cover art — reproduced here from Planet Comics #43 — crackles with Golden Age energy, depicting a man and a woman in a futuristic space station struggling to control a massive ray cannon while a beam strikes a distant planet in a blaze of orange fire. The cover promises "Death-Rays of the Sun," a new adventure with Flint Baker, Reef Ryan, and the Space Rangers, and with additional strips like Lost World, Ayro, Star Pirate, and Gale Allen–Mysta also advertised, this is a rich sampler of pulp-era science fiction comics at their most vividly imaginative.
