This anthology issue contains three Western stories. "Molly 'Whip' Lash and the Savage Sioux of Dead Head Canyon" tells of a frontier woman skilled with a whip who seeks revenge for her brother's murder by the Sioux. "The Masked Marvel" features the masked vigilante Ghet Fairchild investigating a mystery called "The Guns of Doom" in Rawhide, Nevada, where dangerous weapons have appeared. The third story recounts the historical expedition of Joe Walker in May 1832, when he led 110 men west as scouts for Captain de Bonneville, facing danger as they headed into uncharted territory near Great Salt Lake.
