# Synopsis This issue contains multiple stories. "The Forgotten Sound" features Police Inspector Hannigan investigating the poisoning death of stage star Ina Sutton, whose body is discovered with a poison bottle in hand. Through clever deduction involving a deaf neighbor, John Keele, who claims to have heard a body fall at the time of death, Hannigan exposes Keele as the murderer—proving the man is actually deaf and therefore could not have heard the sound he described, revealing he must have known the exact time of death because he committed the crime. Keele confesses to poisoning Sutton to silence her after he gambled away her money as her broker. The remaining pages show an adventure story involving a robot monster attacking miniature people and a separate aviation tale where pilots encounter a thunderhead storm and crash landing scenario.
