Green Hornet #23

Issue twenty-three of Dynamite's Green Hornet finds the masked hero in a precarious spot — crouched low among rubble in his distinctive green coat and domino mask, badly outnumbered by a squad of heavily armored thugs, including a scarred, red-bandana-wearing brute leveling a large weapon directly at him. The cover art by penciler Phil Hester and inker Ande Parks frames the tension brilliantly, with smoke and debris adding to the sense that the Hornet has been cornered but hasn't given up. "Outcast Part Two" promises that writer Ande Parks and artist Ronan Cliquet are keeping the pressure on their hero in a big way.
