Green Hornet #21

This issue contains two stories. "Spirit of '76" features the mysterious Spirit and his allies Tubby and Susan (now a WAC lieutenant) battling enemy forces, including a plot involving a sneak attack on an army camp using a miniature arsenal that is thwarted. The second story, "The Zebra," follows a masked vigilante called the Zebra who fights to expose greed and corruption; when a guard dog emerges whistling happily from a bank, the Zebra investigates and confronts criminals, ultimately defeating them to expose their scheme.
