Green Hornet #19

This is an anthology issue containing three stories. "Clash with Rampaging Japs" depicts the Green Hornet battling Japanese forces at a military camp during wartime. "Spirit of '76" and "Twinkle Twins" are also included, with the latter featuring twin characters Danny and Diane stopping a saboteur at a Kids' War Center, where they uncover a villain posing as a painter collecting scrap metal for a supposed army relief fund. A third story involves a character named Angelo, an artist who becomes entangled with a mysterious figure named Captain von Rhine and a man named Zebra in what appears to be an espionage plot related to painting and intelligence gathering.
