Fernand est un vampire plutôt timide, très bien élevé et plein de délicatesse : il ne mort que d'une dent afin que ça ressemble à une piqûre de moustique. Fernand a du vague à l'âme car sa copine Liou l'a quitté. Heureusement, il fait la connaissance d'Aspirine, une fille plutôt délurée et de sa sœur Josacine qui prépare l'agrégation de sorcellerie. Aspirine aimerait bien consoler Fernand. Pendant ce temps, Liou est pleine de regrets.
