"Carrot Trouble" tells of Robbie Rabbit's attempt to steal carrots from Farmer Goat's vegetable garden; after successfully gathering a large load, his siblings Susan and Timmy chase him, and when he refuses to share, the carrots fall into a swift-running brook and are swept away, leaving Robbie to learn a lesson about sharing food with others. Another story features Goofy piloting an aircraft, unable to land it as he careens through the clouds and eventually crashes into a column. A third story involves a character named Pooch dealing with a malfunctioning antique shop clock that chimes repeatedly, leading to a chaotic chase sequence through the shop and ending with the pursuer crashing.
Goofy Gander spends his days daydreaming about ancient myths and legends until Wally Wolf's reckless driving jolts him into the modern world—so Goofy decides to enter the big auto race with a jalopy he finds in his barn. When his makeshift racer mysteriously lifts off during the race and crashes through the clouds, Goofy finds himself face-to-face with Hercules, Jupiter, Mars, and Mercury themselves, who take pity on this muddled mortal and decide to lend him a hand. With the gods' invisible support, Goofy tears back down to Earth for another shot at glory—but he'll have to outrun both his rivals and Wally's dirty tricks to cross the finish line.
Merton Monk shows up at Snagsaw Lumber Mill with his agent, ready to present Pierre—the world's greatest lumberjack—to an impressed foreman eager to hire him at an unbeatable rate. But when the foreman discovers why Pierre will work for such bargain wages, the joke lands with a crash.
Bill Bunny gets tasked with a simple errand—picking up a sandwich for his boss—but when the young rabbit stops to help a friend along the way, things take an unexpected turn. What started as a straightforward favor becomes anything but, and Bill learns that good intentions don't always lead where you'd expect.
Wally Wolf needs cash fast and hatches a scheme to sell off Goofy Gander's attic full of antiques—but his plan goes sideways when a lap dog meant as a birthday gift for Goofy's Aunt Lizzie tears through the antique shop, leaving a trail of chaos and broken merchandise in its wake. As Wally scrambles to cover his tracks, he finds himself caught between an angry antique dealer and the very junk he was trying to profit from, leading to an outcome neither he nor Goofy could have predicted.
Digby Duck opens a hat shop and eagerly greets his first customer, who's looking for the perfect fit—but nothing on the shelves quite works out. This quick comic romp plays with the absurdity of a simple transaction in true funny-animal style.
