The fourth and final chapter of Golden Dogs arrives with a cover by Griffo that perfectly captures the series' brooding, gothic atmosphere — a mysterious cloaked figure in a top hat stands against a cool teal backdrop, while a golden-haired young woman adorned with an ornate headpiece gazes out from warm amber tones, the two worlds literally torn apart between them. Stephen Desberg and Griffo's Le Lombard series has built a richly shadowed historical world, and this 2015 conclusion, titled "Vier," promises the threads of that world finally pulling tight.
