極楽街 [Gokurakugai] #1

The opening volume of Gokurakugai arrives from Shueisha's Jump Comics SQ line with an immediately arresting cover: a red-haired, blue-eyed young man grins with wild energy in the foreground, while a cool, silver-haired figure looms behind him holding a pistol and a vintage rotary telephone — a pairing that radiates equal parts menace and charm. The bold red-bordered framing and the series' striking kanji title give the whole composition a stylish, almost theatrical edge. If this first volume's cover is any indication, this is a series with personality to spare.
