Godzilla: Rulers of Earth #7

Issue seven of IDW's Godzilla: Rulers of Earth delivers a cover that puts the armored robot Jet Jaguar front and center, his silver helmet and bold red-and-gold chest design dominating the frame as blue atomic energy crackles at the bottom where Godzilla's clawed form lurks below. Looming in the shadowy background is a sinister alien figure wreathed in dark tentacles, hinting at a three-way collision of forces far bigger than any one monster. Matt Frank's linework and inking give the whole composition a dynamic, almost kinetic weight that makes this one hard to put back on the shelf.
