Glory is helping to battle an unnatural blaze menacing a local residence when her mother shows up ranting about humans polluting the Earth. Glory saves the house but Lady Demeter has Fauna and Katana knock it down. Worried about her mother's irrational behavior, Glory consults with master of the mystic arts, Edmund Daedalus. Before she can get any answers, however, she is called away to deal with a flood at the Chatsworth Bridge.
