This issue contains three stories: "Daphne of Galleon Cove Camp," in which schoolgirl campers Bunty Rayner and Pat Simms chase a hooded figure who has stolen a letter meant for their friend Daphne, who had lost her memory; "Cherry of Happydale Hotel," by Jane Preston, following a girl named Cherry who discovers a diving competition at a lakeside cliff and becomes suspicious when a large boulder is mysteriously pushed into the water, seemingly targeting her; and "That Moroccan Birthday of Surprises," in which Wendy Durlston and her brother Dick, guests in Morocco, intercept a message revealing a plot to substitute a false brooch for the Star of Shiraz, and work to expose the scheme and recover the true jewel with the help of their friend Narina.
