Giggle Comics #85 is an anthology featuring multiple humorous animal stories. One story depicts a beaver encountering a large bear in the forest and using gasoline to create an explosion that defeats the creature. Another story, "Snooper," shows a dog playing with a ball near a brick building while interacting with a man and avoiding capture. A third story features a beaver character fishing from a boat, threatening to eat turtle steaks if he doesn't catch fish, and ultimately striking the other character with an oar after a comedic confrontation on the water.
