Giggle Comics #82 is an anthology featuring humorous animal stories. "Binky and the Chapter on Dogs" follows a character trying to read about canine behavior, only to be interrupted by a rambunctious white dog that causes chaos and disrupts the reading session. "The Duke and the Dope," by Ken Hultgren, depicts a fancy cat who has saved nickels only to spend them on a lion rug, leading to comedic confusion when the living lion arrives and conflicts arise over the nature of feline versus canine sounds.

The Mice-Keteers scheme to get Jonathan to take his Saturday bath, but the stubborn mouse will do anything to avoid soap. When clever tactics fail, Gabby and Squeaker cook up an object lesson—getting so filthy themselves that Jonathan can't ignore the mess—only to discover their plan has some hilariously messy consequences. It's a slapstick battle of wills that proves Saturday bath time is no simple matter.
