An anthology issue containing three comedic animal stories: "The Duke and the Dope" follows a white rabbit and brown mouse on a runaway train that the rabbit attempts to stop; "Panky" features a yellow dog receiving an unwanted ten-dollar electric bill and attempting to catch fireflies in a jar while sitting in the dark; and "The Mice-Keteers" depicts mice devising an elaborate mousetrap contraption and discussing ways to use it to acquire cheese.
