Giggle Comics #20

Giggle Comics #20 is an anthology humor comic featuring multiple stories. One story involves a cop putting bracelets (handcuffs) on a small character and taking them to judge, where the character admits to being a purse thief and reveals a history of stealing from banks and churches. Another story features Snooper, a naval mascot dog, who encounters what appears to be a crook near a snooper stand offering hot dogs and hamburgers, only to be told "not a crumb in here" when investigating. A third story shows a clown character who rents a barn to create large paper and stuff, eventually confronting a rabbit character named Stitch Puss in a comedic altercation involving a ball.
