Dick Dastardly claims victory, only to be crushed by the arrival of Perfect’s towering new mega-racer, Road Force One, while Penelope, back in her rebuilt Compact Pussycat, earns the crowd’s cheers—leaving Dastardly and Muttley red-faced and out of luck. With the race behind them, a new chapter begins for Penelope and the president.
