“Ghosts and the Supernatural”

In "Ghosts and the Supernatural," Aquaman and Aqualad pull off a daring rescue when a tidal wave threatens a tiny research sub, saving the scientists inside. Once safe on land, the crew celebrates with Hostess Twinkies—though the dolphins who helped pull the sub to safety get left out of the treat line. Written by E. Nelson Bridwell and illustrated by Curt Swan with inks by Vince Colletta, this 1978 DC classic features a lighthearted moment of camaraderie and underwater heroics, with a cover by Luis Dominguez.
