Ghost Rider goes head-to-head with a genuinely unsettling villain in this 1981 Marvel issue, with the cover by Bob Budiansky and Joe Rubinstein throwing you straight into the chaos: a skull-faced Ghost Rider is sent sprawling through a shower of debris while a red-suited rider bearing a giant eyeball for a head bears down on a motorcycle, blasting light directly at him.
