There's a raw, defiant energy to Tony Moore's cover for Ghost Rider #18 (2008), where the Spirit of Vengeance sits bound in heavy chains amid a field of rubble and outstretched hands, his flaming skull blazing defiantly against a scorched orange sky. The image captures Ghost Rider at his most cornered yet somehow unbroken — spiked leather jacket, chains wrapped around his legs, skull wreathed in fire. Daniel Way, Javier Saltares, Tom Palmer, and Dan Brown bring "Revelations Part 5" to a head, and if this cover is any indication, the road to resolution runs straight through hell.
